Unsafe or combustible cladding can compromise fire performance and resident confidence – our role is to put that right.
From investigation and design through to removal and certified installation, we provide a fully managed service focused on achieving A1 fire-rated façade systems that meet current UK regulations. Operating across the Midlands and South of England, we help property owners, managers and developers protect their buildings and reputations.
Accredited and experienced:
BM TRADA-approved specialists with proven expertise in cladding remediation and passive fire protection.
A1-rated focus:
We specify and install façade systems designed to achieve the highest fire performance classifications.
End-to-end management:
From initial survey to certified completion, we oversee every stage with transparency and precision.
Fully compliant:
All work is aligned with the Building Safety Act 2022, the Fire Safety Order 2005, and current MHCLG guidance.
Clear documentation:
Every step is supported by detailed, auditable reporting for full assurance.

Our experienced surveyors carry out detailed inspections to identify combustible materials, missing fire barriers, and structural risks. Each survey provides a clear compliance report with photographic evidence and recommended remediation actions — giving you full visibility of façade condition and safety status.

We develop bespoke remediation designs using approved, non-combustible materials that achieve A1 or A2-s1, d0 fire ratings. Working with architects and façade engineers, we ensure every specification meets the latest Building Safety Act and Approved Document B requirements.

Our BM TRADA-approved installers safely remove non-compliant cladding and replace it with tested, certified alternatives. We manage the process from access and containment through to installation and quality control — minimising disruption while ensuring a durable, compliant finish.

Every project is delivered with a comprehensive compliance pack, including product data, inspection records, test certificates and photographic handover documentation. You’ll have full traceability for regulators, insurers, and residents.
